The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the train station and close to attractions like the Reformation Wall and the Flower Clock. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. However, I found the Wi-Fi to be unreliable at times. Overall, it was a great place to stay while exploring Geneva and not far from a number of restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed our brief stay!

Also, no one bothered to help while I dragged my luggage around looking for the nonexistent staff. Funny how they think guests don't need pampering. Was hoping for a complimentary upgrade to fix this mess, but alas, nothing.
